As an industrially-focused and internationally-oriented player in the energy sector, Energy Solutions Group is accelerating the sustainable energy transition. We create long-term value through a 'buy and hold' growth strategy, investing in infrastructure that employs proven technologies. Our areas of focus include solar energy, wind energy, rapid charging infrastructure, and energy storage.
Our focus
Energy Solutions Group is the largest independent green power producer (IPP) in the Benelux area. ESG currently owns and exploits an operational portfolio of 666 MW representing a total investment of more than EUR ~1,2 bln. With this portfolio ESG is currently able to supply green power to 250,000 households and save 400,000 tons of CO2 annually. ESG’s total green asset portfolio, including projects in construction, is around 1,035 MW.
In the coming years Energy Solutions Group continues to play a leading role in the transition to renewable energy, further building on a well-balanced energy transition platform of green energy production, storage and EV charging spread across the Benelux and surrounding countries. It has the ambition to by 2027 grow its operating asset portfolio to 1,600 MW, including 225 public superchargers. To minimize its environmental impact, Energy Solutions Group's goal is to save more than 1 million tons of CO2 annually by 2027.
